On January 1st of 2007, Chief Joseph Giordano
was sworn in as the 86th Chief of the Rockaway Borough Fire
Department. Chief Giordano has held the office of Fire Chief
in 1985, 1986, 1992 and is the current 2007 Chief. His Line
Officers are comprised of 1st Asst. Chief James T Swanick, 2nd Asst.
Chief Andrew Pratt, Capt Dan Levin, Capt Bill Hopler, Capt Glenn
VanSaders, Rescue Capt Dave Robertson, Lt Dave Fitzgerald, Lt. Mark
Howarth, Lt. Joe Vicente, Rescue Lt. AnnMarie Carrol.
