The Installation Ceremonies for the 87th Fire Chief of the Rockaway Borough Fire Department were held on January 1, 2008 at the Rockaway Borough Fire Department.  Chief James T Swanick, 1st Asst Chief Andrew Pratt, 2nd Asst Chief Glenn VanSader and the line officers were sworn in by Fire Commissioner Jay Willard.
